If we approached other people with a bit more caution, a little slower perhaps we could all work together to lessen the misunderstandings that happen when interactions move too quickly. If we all imagined that we were approaching delicate situations rather than battles stress levels would lower and we would remain clearer headed when our expectations are found to be different than reality.
Remember that this attitude of gentleness is just as much for your benefit as others, when you move slower, concentrate and breathe you'll glide through your day to day interactions. Even ones that might present you with challenges, the problem many of us have isn't with the stresses of daily life- it's how we deal with them.
