Rather than directing all of your energy out towards a person who likely has no idea that anything is wrong, direct it inwards and towards fixing what the root issue within yourself is.
Does that make any sense? Of course not, but these aren't rational decisions we are working with here. Whether you have the need for speed like myself, or you can't stand your coworkers open mouth chewing- each and every pet peeve you might have can become an opportunity to have some good old introspection. Figure out why this habit bothers you so much and start focusing on letting it go. Realize that it's not personally directed at you, they likely don't even know that what they are doing can make your skin crawl.
Rather than directing all of your energy out towards a person who likely has no idea that anything is wrong, direct it inwards and towards fixing what the root issue within yourself is. Realize that there is only so much you can ever do to change your exterior environment, but that when you have calm and peace on the inside, you can have calm and peace anywhere. Practice taking yourself out of environments that might trigger you when you are first practicing letting this issue go, take a quick walk, talk to a friend, just get away from the moment that you know is ready to trigger that aggression within you.
When you can start looking at these annoyances as teachers rather than attackers, you will be well on you way to achieving a more balanced and peaceful existence everyday, everywhere- no matter what is going on around you.
